Terrible service

After making and confirming an appointment, I was left waiting for 20 minutes without a call or an explanation why the agent did not show up. To make matters worse, when I phoned to complain about the unacceptable service the next day, I was advised that the agent was there but I was not. I find this type of behavior ridiculous as I was not the only prospective tenant waiting for them and security confirmed that the agent was not there that day.

I will make sure not to make use of this agency in future.
