Service par Excellence

Good morning I herewith like to send and review for the excellent service I received from from Tommy de Wet from MacProp. I am renting a unit in SH MAC complex and to date I am very satisfied with the accommodation. From the date that we started discussions with Tommy for the rental agreement it was only a pleasure dealing with him. We were interested in a 3 bedroom apartment, but because it was a top floor and I'm and having trouble with my leg, he took us to this unit that we are in now. I must say when my wife and I walked through the door and saw the inside of the unit, our minds were made up. The initial signing of the rental agreement, the checks that needed to be done, was done in a very professional manner. Tommy really went the extra mile to keep us updated and even handed the keys 2 days before our initial occupation date and without charging us a pro rata fee. He made sure that the unit was spotless and nothing was out of order when we moved in. I can really say that client centricity is on top of Tommy's agenda. I will most definitely recommend Tommy when I need o refer other tenants.
