Macprop: what a disappointment

Macprop states at the beginning of your contract that you can hang stuff on the walls and when you move out you can come and get some paint so that you can cover up all the markings, FREE OF CHARGE. This is all a lie!!! When we moved out they charged us the repainting of the entire unit which was not discussed. They also subtract random charges for electrical and water which they cannot explain. The manager is also ignoring any communication with me. This is very ********* and sly and I WOULD NOT recommend someone letting with them.
