When it comes to walking the extra mile, Macprop is the pure definition thereof. The Macprop maintenance team is phenomenal, under the exceptional wing of Jacques. I would like to highlight the maintenance team's understanding whilst upholding the perfect balance. Whether reporting urgent matters for which teams are sent out at the soonest time avail or reassuring us the less urgent ones will be taken care of by establishing set appointments, working around our schedules too and upholding great standards on work carried out whilst doing so, nothing is too big or too small for this team. If I were to give this team a slogan it would be "how can we help, it is our problem not yours". I applaud this team for their quick response time and always delivering, that to great satisfaction too. Well done and thank you Jacques and team!
