MACPROP ESTATE AGENCY THE REEDS - EXTREMELY POOR CONSUMER SERVICE DELIVERY

Estate agency in The Reeds - extremely poor consumer service delivery. As an attorney and conveyancer I am really disappointed at the service. Unfriendly staff and unwilling to assist if you are not residing in the area and has to relocate. After viewing the premise to rent I indicated my interest wherein I was advised a screening would be done. In the event of being successful I would have to pay a deposit. After being informed that the application was successful they send the details to pay the deposit without sending a contract. Their response is that the contract has to be viewed at their premises. I have to reiterate that I am not residing or working in the Centurion area and they are unwilling to assist over a weekend. They cannot provide answers whether deposits invested in their trust account generates interest so this leave a room full of questions. As a recommendation - be open and transparent and deliver consumer service that one can actually write a good review about.
