DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!

Do not expect to get your full deposit paid back. Even after we had all the terms agreed in writing with the agent, Stephen Stewart, they still came up with lame excuses for not paying you back. We did everything from our side, place was left spotless clean, windows washed and holes in walls filled up with polyfilla. We even offered to paint the white patches if they can provide us with paint (As agreed per e-mail), but they simply refuse. I will not recommend them at all. Just in for the initial deal.
