Warranty claim

Purchased a battery in Pretoria in Jan 2015, Battery is now faulty, had it tested at a BatteryCentre<br> Called the head office in Cape Town and was advised to contact Duran in JHB. Travelled through to JHB from the west Rand to be told I must go to PTA, This is unacceptable from a supplier. Please advise all to avoid MACPOWER batteries as their 2 year warranty on the batteries means nothing. The head office in Cape Town is totally useless.
