Unprofessional and bad service

Ordered a bed Headrest In December, arrived in January and was not made to agreed specifications. An instore argument on who is to blame ensued between staff, finally they promised me the correct order by 20 January. on the 26th I call them to establish what is the delay. Telephone was put down in my ear.

Up to now no headboard and will probably have to turn to the consumer goods council to try and get a refund.

Unprofessional, untrained and misinformed staff. Will not do business there again and would advise prospective buyers to think twice before spending hard earned money at a business that, once they receive your money, obviously looses interest in the customer.
