Product not delivered - R30,000 not refunded
In May 2017 I ordered a Macbook from Dumie Jamal Nyoni of MacNyoni Digital who was highly recommended by a trusted contact. It is now the end of September 2017 and many excuses later I have not received the laptop ordered or similar replacement nor the promised refund. He is now not responding to my messages. There are 4 other individuals I am aware of with similar experiences.

14 Aug 2018, 12:38UPDATE: Several weeks ago Dumie asked if I would remove this post. I am still owed R29k. The number of people with similar experiences I know of has grown to around 15 with several hundred thousand Rand in question and some opened a case with the police. I still hope that Dumie will make this right. Mr Shapiro from Core Group previously confirmed with me that Dumie Nyoni / MacNyoni is no longer an authorized reseller. Please confirm this with Apple/Core Group directly.
