<p>I found a Groupon voucher at this spa. After purchasing the voucher I called immediatedly to make a booking and the spa advised that they were full until the end of August, when I mentioned the voucher and expirey date they booked me for the weekend before it expires. It eventually came to the day of our spa treatmenet and I had arranged my day arround it, 1 hour before the appointment they sent me a text message to cancel, no call!! I tried calling and after several attempts finally got through, Mpho the manager apologiesed and advised she would be in contact with me to arrange a refund through Groupon, I never heard from her again, thank you to Groupon for sorting it out for me and arranging my refund. Macnifisance Beauty Spa is a waste of time</p>
