Unprecedented service

I broke the lid of my old toilet and Builders Faerie Glen contacted Macneil the supplier who agreed to replace the whole cistern and lid absolutely at no cost to me! Because the toilet was a couple of years old Macneil decided to simply replace the whole thing as a lid by itself was hard to come by.<br> <br> I have never heard of such a thing and am very, very impressed with them.<br> <br> Kris was very patient, neat and thorough in his installation and was a great representative of Macneil.<br> <br> Thank you very much guys - excellent job!
