Excellent customer support

Absolutely awesome service from MacNeil. I filled in the online firm querying the warranty on 2 sets of taps that were bought 2 years ago as they HD rusted quite badly. I received a call back an hour later and was told the taps would be replaced within the week. These were delivered on time within the week in perfect order. Excellent customer service from the team at Macneil, will definitely use them again.
