terrible experience with online order

I ordered a book in middle November 2024 and still have not received my copy. I have phoned the office about 5 times and they keep stating ETA is later and now ETA is 29th of January 2025. This was not the ETA stated on the website when I ordered, I did not receive a courtesy email nothing to state that they have no copies or when ETA will be. I had to keep contacting them. I was told to contact 2 Jan 2025. Now I am told again to contact 6th of Jan. In the meantime I have to run around to source a robotics and coding book for my child in order for him not to fall behind with the new school year.
