Incomplete order

The above reliable publishers has dissapointed me numerous times after patiently waiting for them to rectify their mistake they have made on my oder . They have provided me with incorrect textbooks I then informed them they were so quick to collect but to bring the correct ones I'm still waiting till today to bring my fully paid items. Only last Friday after weeks trying to communicate with them I'm told I am suppose to fetch them myself. I asked them why should I be suffering for their mistakes till today I have incomplete items no response from email I have been sending ,when I call the person dealing with RMA they said she's on the meeting or promising to call bck wich she never did or promising to bring remaining textbooks when she accidentally answered her phone if not that their computers are being upgraded it means they have been lying all along. I should have made my delivery 3 weeks ago my client is so dissapointed with me because if them
