Macmill Doors are useless!

In early January, we requested this company to quote and prepare a report for insurance purposes after our gate motor was damaged in a lightning strike. The reason we asked them to do it was because they installed the motor in the first place. After an inspection was done and the PC Board removed to see if one could be sourced, they have never provided the report or quotation, have denied removing the PC Board and have refused to return it. Their service is appalling, they do not respond to SMS's or emails and turned around and said to me yesterday that they did not do a written quote as "people usually don't accept and go for a cheaper quote". That is no excuse for not doing what was requested. They clearly do not need our business and I would never recommend them.
