Unfair Handling Fee

<p>I was charged a handling fee on the 3rd aircon unit even though it was not installed. Why was it not installed? It was not installed because it could not fit into the space. Why could it not fit into the space? It could not fit into the space because the agent had not taken measurements. Why am I complaining? I am complaining because I do not want to pay a handling fee for a mistake that was not mine. Why am I extra annoyed? I am extra annoyed because the agent and the installer that I dealt with, have nt had the courtesy to return my emails, calls and sms or give me any form of acknowledgement. In addition to this, Jhb Maclaren confirm that Cape Town were not themselves charged a handling fee. This just adds salt to the wound. </p>
