Never again will I walk into this store again

As an extremely loyal Pick n Pay customer for the past 37 years I accompanied my mother into this store as she lives in Estcourt, Well I had hardly been in this store for 1 minute and I was immediately in a foul mood and realised why I ONLY shop at Pick n Pay. Customer service is non existent in this place, when I inquired about a product the person working their just pointed to where I must go. The best was when we went to pay there was only 3 tills open and there were long ques at the check-outs and I could see no attempt being made to open more check-outs. This store has 15 tills and they can only afford to open 3, not a good way to impress new customers. Long story short, I did not spend my money at this store and chose to Pick n Pay. This store will never see me again. I don't care how cheap they are, they just confirmed why I will remain loyal to Pick n Pay till my dying day
