Terrible Service and Bad WiFi UPS system-Mackies Consulting Services

Contacted Richard Mackay regarding a UPS system called PUP to keep my wifi powered during loadshedding, purchased in November 2020, system failed in February, only kept my wifi powered for 40minutes, contacted him, waited almost 2 weeks for him to install a replacement in March 2021, replacement unit failed again in May, barely 3 months later, sent him a message, takes days to respond and when I finally asked for a refund, sent me a message stating that he suspects that I neglected the first unit and suspects that I did the same to the replacement, not sure what was done or how it was neglected as it's a sealed unit and requires no maintenance, and is meant to left alone once installed which was installed by Richard himself, really dishonest and would not recommend this unit called PUP or the company Mackies Consulting Services to anyone, rather spend your hard earned money at the retail electronics chain stores where your guarantee will be honored and where they give a damn after taking your money.
