Diesel truck engine spares

An Mitsubishi 6D24T engine was given to Machine truck and car as an complete sub assembly to do machining work on the engine beginning December. When motor was collected at mid December and it was found that the oil sprayers was missing and not returned with the motor. The owner of Machine truck and car was contacted to raise the concern and the only reply was it was not their problem and it is the owner of the engines problem. This is not how business is done. A complete sub assembly was delivered and an incomplete sub assembly was received.
