Kitchen nightmare

Kitchen Fitter. The agreed start date was missed by 2 weeks and delayed the whole project. We had to constantly send back kitchen units that had been fitted, as they were either not what was requested and agreed or the wrong size. The attention to detail was none existent. A project that we were told would take 2 weeks, took 2 months and snags were still not completed. The owner pleaded for the remainder of the cost and promised to finish the job, which has never happened.
