Negative Experience with my visa renewal process - Machabeng Global Solutions

My wife and I had such a negative experience with Machabeng Global Solutions during the renewal of the spousal visa. We were initially informed that the visa had been rejected and that we should immediately apply for an appeal. We were given this feedback without the status being issued by VFS, which is not how things worked.

When we questioned this, we were issued with the lawyers' letters to not talk about their organisation in a public space. We then engaged a DA councillor, Malcom De Klerk, and he assisted, within two weeks of asking for his help, to obtain my approved status. I am forever grateful to Malcom and his team.

My first visa application was with New Immigration, from Cape Town, and it went well, with constant updates. I would highly recommend them instead.
