Disappointed customer

The quality of work is awesome, I just don't like the fact that they have mentioned to me that they test everything before you collect the vehicle. To me it looks like they have failed to do their job with regards to testing. Washer bottle is one of the parts they replaced, they didn't even pour water in it and the water from the wipes is not coming out even when I filled the bottle with water. Sad part is I have to drive all the way from JHB to PLK for their technicians to check what they should have checked before I collect the vehicle. I can't believe I have been driving a car without water in the washer. The car also release hot air even when the air con is off. I called and spoke to some lady, she didn't bother to ask for my vehicles details. I'm so disappointed. Lies should not be told, I'm happy with work done on the vehicle, they just need to improve the testing part
