False adverti*****t

What a bad service received from MacGregors Birch acres laybed shoes and when i went to take it out was advise they do not have a shoe i laybe which means they are making false adverti*****t when i maybe they had a should and when it is Tim to take it out they do not have ,requested a refund and to date the refund have not been done ,the store manager very rude and taking me and my brother from pillar to post .
