Bad services from both assistants and the management

We went to MacGregors in Festival Mall and we were going to pay out my Uncle's shoes C&J Ostrich size 10. We arrived at around 10h30am and we received a bad customer service were one assistant wanted to force us to take size 9 while the slip says 10. I about to leave when come another assistant to help same nothing. I wanted the R2000 refund when they called the where house for size 10. They didn't apologize but left us without explanation. We went out the store to eat and came back after 1 hour and when we returned no one apologized but only to say here is your shoe can come pay the outstanding amount of R3000. At the till was shocked when they said on top of R3000 we short of R75 for polish and I was getting very angry even the manage says you have to pay R75 and I told him you have a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE JUST LOOKED AT ME AND TOOK THE MONEY. I WAS VERY ANGRY AND EVEN NOW I'M STILL ANGRY. ON THE WAY OUT ONE ASSISTANT AT THE DOOR TOLD ME THAT YOU CALL YOURSELF A CHRISTIAN BUT YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT WAITING FOR LONG GO OUT OF THE STORE CAUSE YOU TALK ALOT. I WAS VERY VERY ANGRY WERE I TOLD HIM YOUR CUSTOMER IS USELESS AND I'M GONNA REPORT IT. HE SAID GO REPORT WE DON'T CARE.
