Worst Service ever

I have never dealt with a person as rude as Jasmyn at MacDonald's. They made arrangements to collect a quad bike from my house to deliver to Upington. Firstly the never arrived at 9 as was the arrangement. When I called I got a \well tomorrow's another day\" attitude. Upon insisting that they give me a time for collection, 12h was given. <br> Only for 1 driver to pitch up, no help, no ramp. So bike couldn't be loaded, as it's too heavy. I called Jasmyn and asked how she thought I was supposed to load it. And lost it when she started telling me that it's not her responsibility to think. Although the client told her Macdonald's has to collect it due to the fact that nobody is it home otherwise. She was rude, and never once even remotely tried to be helpful. I asked to speak to someone else, and was told she is in charge of the fleet.<br> <br> I called her manager, who also killed my call. <br> <br> So looks like MacDonald's \"MacDonald's Group stands as an example of creative planning and undaunted determination to set new standards in the South Africa Transport business.\" and slogan \"Your transport problem is our specialty\".
