20min Ice cream service!
Poorest service ever! We waited for almost 20 minutes for ice cream. Yes, for an ice cream. How insane is that!!!! We had to call at work and just lie because our lunch ended while waiting for a 2 min service. I'll ever use this McDonalds ever again, their service is the worst. I still can't believe I had to go and ask almost the whole entire staff for them to give me the ****** ice cream!!!! Well done McDonalds Strijdom Park, you've lost a customer that you don't need any way!

20min Ice cream service!
Poorest service ever! We waited for almost 20 minutes for ice cream. Yes, for an ice cream. How insane is that!!!! Poor Food and Poor Service
I placed an order yesterday late around 21:00 of a Spicy McFeast . I received a wrong order .The burger was messy and wrong , McFlurry did not have s**** , Cheese V Cut Fries did not have a fork most of all the the order did not have a drink I paid for .

Treated like garbage by Manager at McDonald's Malibongwe Drive Randburg
I was told to make way for a better person who was wearing MacDonald uniform who wanted to pluck her PC from where I was sitting. Not sure if I looked stupid or innocent to be the only one targeted. In then process I lost my important emails as my battery was flat.
