Stinking attitude sosh Macdonald crossing

I visited Macdonald soshanguve crossing at 08:58 they open at 9, it passed 9 till at 09:08 I had to knock on the glass to make aware the stuff that clients are waiting for them to open, lady by the name of Tumisho came and told us that they Re offline, which I found out so disgusting she knew atleast they could have notified rather than hiding at the back instead to let us know.I went back 3 hours later to buy 2 coffees , I was not offered a holder instead before leaving I asked for one the lady told me they don't have.Macdonald soshanguve not sure if we have to know what is happening in their store, easy let customers know before hand but not surprised restaurants at locations service always pathetic I WAS NOT Surprised at all.
