Fabricating charges when contract expires

I was renting an apartment at Dune crest complex and the owner made use of this company. Everything was good i paid my rent the 27th of each month but when my contract expired and i moved out, the problems started. The were no damages which the comfirmed. They paid my deposit back 37 days after my contract expire and their charges were as follow: DEDUCTIONS:
