BAD SERVICE_BAD ATTITUDE

I went to the Store to purchase a Bath Basin Mixer, I asked the Owner if he could open the Boxer so that I could see what I am purchasing. He said that I must purchase the Mixer then go home and check the Contents. The owner was not willing to assist in anyway to make the customer feel confident that he/she is buying the correct item, but his attitude was to pay for the item and come back later to complain or exchange later.
