"so called boss"

Called the company to enquire about a price this morning. They told me they would call back because they don't know the price. Andrew (an owner) called me back, i mentioned that we would like to install soon as and he laughed at me. He then told me is a special unit order and he would need to check the lead time. i asked him again for just the price and he hung up on me. I tried to call him back and he sent the call straight to voicemail. Absolutely disgusting treatment of a potential client and simply childish to not take the call when i called him back.
