Shocking and ********* service

I actually cannot express just how shocking this company is. We have had a year of ducking and diving, lies and arrogance.

After a terrible installation, we were supposedly given a new unit, it appears they passed off a refurbished unit as a new one. They have until now been unable to supply any proof. We had so many problems, from incorrect measurements to fit the unit in to leaking chimneys and incorrect spray paints causing reactions to name but a few!

Everytime we complained we were made to feel as if we were dreaming and they couldn’t possibly have done a bad job. The arrogance is on another level.

The owner is completely ********* and I would urge you to please consider a different supplier.
