Supply Wrong Parts - Very Expensive - Issue with Refunds

<p>I bought a set of spark plugs on Saturday afternoon for R392.00 including VAT. At the time I felt it was very expensive, nevertheless I needed them as the other Motor Spares were about to close. As per the above title they were incorrectly supp****. I went back today to exchange them and they quoted me a price for a cheaper brand which was only R4.00 less per plug. I called another motor spares in the area and they were approximately 50% cheaper. I commented that I thought they were very expensive and would like to have a refund. The Indian/Coloured lady presumably one of the owners got very angry that I made this comment and told me not to buy from them. Thereafter she said that she doesn't have cash and that I should return later for my refund.</p> <p>Maccoy's Motor Spares are very "unprofessional" </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
