Avoid at all costs

We ordered shutters from this company, paid half the cost and were told they would be fitted within 6-8weeks. 5 months later we are still waiting. They do not reply to calls or emails. When we do manage to get them to answer the phone the answer is always the same - we have a shipment due this week and will call you back. They never do. I don't think they ever intend to supply our shutters.
