Macc Gee clothing not delivering order and just need to be refunded

I ordered a pair of sunglasses for R500 (incl. R100 delivery fee) from what looks to be a professional & trusted online store, https://maccgeeclothing.com/, but sad to say I'm disappointed. I placed an order on the 3rd June 2021 and was supposed to receive my order 7days after purchase, but to this day, 21st June 2021, I haven't received my order and there's no communication from the merchant whatsoever.

I sent numerous emails to the listed support mail, *** & ***, but no response. I have also tried to contact the owner directly on twitter: @macc_geee and sad to also say that nothing fruitful comes out of that.

I just need to be refunded at this point in time please, because the brand is not trustworthy.
