Ordered and paid for 3 demins of R800 each from https://maccgee.com/ the delivery said 5-7 days, after 2 weeks items were still not delivered. I communicated with them via WhatsApp and Instagram, eventually I got a response and a promise of delivery. This never happened. I then requested a refund and apparently that was going to be done and it wasn't either. The whole experience had been frustrating due to the lack of communication by the service provider, no responses, taking days to respond while still having time to post Instagram stories. Absolutely disgusting!
