Terrible communication and no follow-up

I am very disappointed with the service from this provider. I sent an email six weeks ago and still have not received a response.

Every time I try to call, the staff simply transfer my call and then disconnect the line. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be completely ignored for weeks. I hope management addresses these customer service issues soon.
