Damaged goods

Macbros came and installed our radio( the system was working perfectly) . After the guy named pro were done with the installation he told me everything is fine. When he left i realised everything is not fine , output 1&2 both gave a fault try to activate alarm and nothing , pressed the panic and no siren response ,he burnt out our siren relay . I phoned Macbros and the lady told me there is something wrong with the radio told me they will come and fix it today and i am still waiting
