Property Transfer for 2 years

<p>January 2015 when I was at home in Ladysmith, I saw a property i wanted to invest on. I communicated with people who were willing to invest. We planned and had time lines, until now there is no movement due to the fact that property is still not transfered. </p> <p>I spoke to the owner we had an agreement. The owner wanted to sell the property so that she can get assistance financially as she was not working and not feeling well. Unfortunately she passed away still waiting for the process to kick in. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to the lawyers requesting them to assist with transfer beginning of April 2016 it was face to face communication. First email was sent on the 29/04/2015. We waited for them to draft contract which took forever. We made paymentsand they did nothing very late when I was asking questions after 3-4 months they started working on it and realised that the property was still under the seller's late houseband. I believe they could have found that very early. Than they had to start the process for transfering the estate to the wife which also took forever the seller passed away before that transfer happened around November 2015. From than the children were dealing with the loss of their mother I requested the children to contact the lawyers when they were ready. which they did in January 2016. The estate again mow had to be transfered to the children which the children offered to to themselves according to the records Master in Petermaritzburg (Letter of authority to Luyanda Mchunu) granted them on 5th of April 2016. New contracts were signed but still there is no progress up until today. No if I call the office the person responsible is always out of the office. last time I was shouting for feedback which for 2 months they were sending useless feedback.</p> <p>The children are angry they called me telling me that they will find another buyer who will pay me back the amount of R20 000 which I gave to their mother when she was really inneed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Currently I stand to lose the property, The money I have put in this project could have done other things. I still dont have proper expalination why they are taking so much time. </p>
