Poor Service Time and Terrible Food

My first time ordering and eating such food at a chines Resturant/ take away with such poor food quality and waiting time. 1. Ordered my food telephonically they waod it would take up to 40min which i got there 38min after I called in still to wait 5-8min before I could get severed at the till to payand collect but my order wasn't ready had to still wait. 2. Sat down and waited another 26min for my order before they called out my number. So in total from calling it in to receiving my food took 1 hour and 12 minutes. 3. When I got home I was even more upset as the 4x Chow meins I order was only Noodles and 5 - 6 pieces of meet with a little bit of sause just enoght to colour the noodles on it. It had no vegetables at all and was so dry that a person couldn't even eat it that's how dry it was. I eventually went to Mc Donald's near me but the sad part is I had called it in and they said sorry and that only on my next order they will give me 2x free Chow Meins even though I WhatsApp and sent them the receipt of over R456.50 spent and picture of the 4x Chow Meins I ordered that were all the same only Colored dry noodles with 5 pieces of meet. If you in the mood for Chines do yourself a favor and rather see if there is another chines restaurant near by as I'm sure there service on waiting and definitely there food will be so much better as you will never find me eating at Macau Cuisine Springs Gate again.
