So Brian Rudman from an IT company called MacAttack was hired to create a server for our small business. He took roughly 3 months from first contact to get to the point that we had a running server at the office 'internally' but the main purpose of the server was to access it remotely of course. This he could not accomplish and his reason was that he had big companies to service and not enough time to resolve our little server.

We had to pay more money to another IT company to come and resolve in 25min what Brian couldn't accomplish in 5 months. He had promised to refund the money which was great but after my most recent conversation he changed his mind and said he will only refund the money after removing the server software which would destroy our server and negate what we just paid someone to fix.

He eventually told me that he didnt like me personally and accused me of tampering with his software and thats why he wouldnt complete it or refund me. Unless Im new to this, Im pretty sure this isnt how a business transaction works.

So all round bad attitude, terrible business ethics and from the above 5 month wait I'd say he doesnt really know what he's doing.
