Unprofessional and the worst customer service I have received in years!

Fourways based MacWorks incorrectly installed a part and after they admitted they could not repair the mistake their technician made they were going to refund me. Weeks later after countless call backs I eventually received half the refund. I highly advise you not to use this company under any circumstances! Rudeness and being **** to over the phone are completely unacceptable.
