Absolute Shock from on of Mas Apple Licensed Service Providers

I have had the worst dservices from Mac works repairs in Sandton , I initially handed my phone in for repairs a year ago in October 1st . They have since made attempted to fix it and when they realized they couldn't they refused to refund my payments . Since then I have been back and forth to their office . I finaly got the phoine back to my possession on Monday evening and was then forward a refund proof of payment to my account which hasn't appeared on my account since. For apple alleged licensed service providers their ethics and conduct are very poor and I'm still awaiting . No communications this far from their offices .
