Bad hospitality, very rude .

The venue was lovely and the food but the owner has a bad attitude, she doesn't have people's s****s. She promise the honeymoon suite was free included it was included in the venue hire a month closer to the wedding she wanted us to pay R1000 per night. When i ask her about the flower quotes she told me to found another person because i wasn't happy very rude then at the reception she pull the plug out music stop playing because the dj was using the bass speaker and apparently we were allowed but she didn't tell us that so the music stop while the dj and the owner had a fight outside that was unnecessary and it ruin the rest of the evening as our guest started to leave around 10:30.
