If I could give no stars I would - Mac Dishonest and false advertising

If I could give no stars I would, MAC ran a special earlier this week buy 3 items and receive 3 items free. I ordered and paid successfully and received confirmation that the order was successful, after querying multiple times with online representatives about if all was in order (Which they confirmed it was), it was shipped and when it came to me surprise surprise an item was missing when querying it this is the response I got :

wow MAC what a way to **** your loyal customers? run specials make people want to buy and when it's your turn to reward customers this is the response and behaviour we get? MAC wants me to purchase more on their site and pay for something more that would have been a reward that they promised? People be aware please do not fall for MACs ****!
