Bad customer service

I have ordered foundation for my mom as I usually,it normally takes 3 days but this time its almost been two weeks to no avail.I’ve reached out to the Estée Lauder WhatsApp group and they told me they would track it with Aramax, as nothing has happend to it since the 5th April,no one has messaged me back or called me.Please assist!!!
