Mac brothers - can’t get fridge to fix for over 10 days

Limited after sales or and no service. Especially during the December and January times. My fridge was faulty, after sending a technician here to assess the problem, but thereafter the is no one attending to my problem and have the fridge fix back to a working operating condition. My restaurant has been running without a fridge for over 10 days now.
