Another big company that doesn't value service

Called mac brothers asking for a quote for a undercounted freezer. Heavy price but apparently they are the best in the business and supply good service. Think again. After being told I would receive a quote, that did not happen. So I called again and went through a 10min operating process to get to the person and still not available. Left a message asking for the quote so I can make the payment, no return call no quote. I called then for a third time the following day, first Michelle was not in, and then all of sudden she was there but could not take my call. Told the lady what I was looking for but she didn't seem to bothered and not interested in helping. Her name was chantel. I said should I hold on or what? She wasn't sure at that point it realized it took me 4 phone calls and I still could not get a quote to purchase something. Seems like they actually don't want to sell kitchen equipment or perhaps smaller business are just not Valid.
