No Service and items missing in the vehicle

We took our car in for the gearbox, the owner was not there at the stage. I contacted him and he informed me that it will take just over a week to repair. 3 weeks later we went there only to find nothing has been done, windows left open and the car looks like a desert on the inside with all the dust. He in formed me that they just waiting for the spares. 3 days later contacted him to find how it is going and refused to discuss with us and gave the phone to the mechanic. The mechanic informed us that it would be better for us to come and collect the car. For almost 1 month while the vehicle was there the owner nor anyone bother to contact us. we took the vehicle to another repairer only to find that 1 of the cars carpets is missing. He refused to listen and refused to purchase a new carpet. He is full of promises and will not deliver!
