Mac & Things - *****

Why is mac and things deducting money from my account without authorization. This is unacceptable and would like to know when this transaction will be reversed. I have completed a dispute form with FNB, however they are stating that I need to contact the merchant directly for a refund as the goods were never received. This merchant does not exist and I do not have such as it is a ***** case and no OTP was approved from my side.

Can any one shed some light on this matter? Any success or the way forward. Hands are tied!
