Mabula Game Lodge Complaunt

We had an horrific experience at Mabula lodge. There was another unhappy family that checked out after 1 night, and they paid for a week. I wanted to talk and lodged a complaint at top managment and all that the could say was that they will give more training to the staff and look into it. They did not give me the opportunity to talk to top managment.

I feel very upset and that we wasted our money. What a Ripp off.
